Fergus man charged with assault, mischief
FERGUS – A Fergus man is facing assault and mischief charges following an incident here last week.
Wellington County OPP officials say police were called about an assault at an address on St. Andrew Street West in Fergus on Jan. 1 at about 6pm.
Samuel Lomax, 27, of Fergus, was charged with assault and mischief (destroying or damaging property).
He was held for a bail hearing.
