Fegan, Paul Joseph - Following a hard fought battle with cancer on Tuesday August 5, 2008 at Guelph General Hospital in his 51st year. Beloved father of Kevin (Rayna) and Nicholas. Cherished brother of Frank (Georgina) George (Lynne Anne), Ellen (Neil), Anne, Bernadette (Chris), Michael (Vivian), and Peter. Predeceased by brother Laurence (Larry) (2000), parents Frances (1994) and Francis (1989). Sadly missed by his entire family, friends and co-workers. Paul served as a Paramedic with the County of Brant Ambulance Service for the last 25 years as well as an Ambulance Communications Officer for the Central Ambulance Communication Centre- Hamilton for the last 10 ten years. Paul made everyone around him laugh with his wry wit, smile, and corny jokes. He leaves a legacy of hard work, humour, thoughtfulness and kindness. The family requests remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society in lieu of flowers. You are invited to celebrate Paul’s life at the Italian Canadian Club, 135 Ferguson St. Guelph, Ontario on Friday August 8th, 2008 with time for sharing memories with the family from 6-7:30 to be followed by an Irish celebration with laughter and libation.
