Fees waived to host Santa, kids after Puslinch parade
Councillors here had no issue waiving the fees at the Optimist Recreation Centre so Santa could meet with local children following the local Santa Claus parade.
It took mere moments for council on Nov. 20 to endorse the request made by Robert McFarlane to waive fees for the use of the rink pad and kitchen at the Puslinch community centre following the parade on Nov. 24.
The waived fees amounted to $684.
Wayne Stokley clarified the ORC use did not include the gym or dressing rooms.
