Join guest instructor and photographer, Sylvia Galbraith at The Arboretum, University of Guelph on October 1 from 1 to 4pm for a workshop that will take participants through the basics of creating stunning landscapes that reflect the season.
The first half of the event will be held inside, where a discussion on lenses, filters, tripods and other accessories best suited for fall landscape photography will be held.
Dealing with inclement weather, composition, lighting, creative effects, and explore working in both colour and black and white will be covered. Then participants will be off to the woods and meadows of the Arboretum for a field trip. Participants should dress for the weather, rain or shine. The event is suitable for either film or digital photographers of all skill levels.
