“Each town has something special to offer this holiday season,” stated marketing and community development coordinator Erin Raftis.

Residents are encouraged seek out the Holiday Guidebook created in partnership with the Wellington Advertiser, which will feature the Business Passport Contest.

Visit three shops in at least two of the three towns to enter to win a $100 Gift Card.

Additional opportunities to win prizes will be through the Candy Canes and Cocktails passport, Shop and Win in Clifford and Palmerston, together totalling $1,500 in prizes, as well as the Bright Lights and Festive Nights Check in to Win Contest and more.

Signature events will include the annual Candy Canes and Cocktails event on Nov. 12, Light up the Park on Nov. 14, Kris Kringle Market on Nov. 20, Christmas in the Street on Nov. 29 and the year concludes with Fire and Ice back on Dec. 31.

Everyone is also encouraged to check out various community events and activities, such as silent auctions, theatrical performances, parades, craft nights and more.

Created to support local businesses and attract tourists, Minto’s Magical Holiday Towns aims to establish Minto as a must-visit holiday destination.

The project will drive economic activity and bring joy to residents and visitors alike.
