EWFT offers free workshops in December
EAST WELLINGTON – The East Wellington Family Health team has released its schedule of free, online workshops for the month of December.
Workshops include:
- Dec. 7 – Heart Health, from 7 to 8pm.; and
- Dec. 8 – the Mediterranean Diet for Good Health, from 5 to 6pm.
Register to be provided with a link and instructions to join these virtual workshops. You will need access to a computer, tablet or smart phone but you do not need a camera. You will also need an email address for registration and to access the webinar.
