EWFHT workshops
ERIN - The East Wellington Family Health Team has another batch of upcoming free workshops:
- Sept. 5: 5 to 6pm, Heart Health; and 6 to 7:30pm, prenatal clinic;
- Sept. 18: 6:30 to 7:30 pm, How to avoid frailty;
- Sept. 23: 7 to 8pm, Relaxation and stress management (3 sessions);
- Sept. 24: 5 to 6pm, The highs and lows of diabetes; and
- Sept. 25: 1:30 to 3pm, Alzheimer care partners support group.
