EWFHT offers free workshops in August
ERIN – The East Wellington Family Health Team will offer the following free online workshops this month:
Heart Health, Aug. 8 from 4 to 5pm;
The Mediterranean Diet for Good Health, Aug. 13 from 12:30 to 1:30pm; and
Feeding your Baby, Aug. 29 from 2 to 3pm
People are asked to register in advance at ewfht.ca to receive an emailed link with instructions.
Also, the heath team’s Alzheimer Care Partners Support Group meets Aug. 28 from 1:30 to 3pm. The group, offered at the Erin clinic via Telemedicine, is for family and friends of people living with Alzheimer’s. People are asked to contact the Alzheimer Society at 519-742-1422 ext. 2090 to register.
