EWFHT offers free workshops
ERIN and ROCKWOOD - The East Wellington Family Health Team has announced free virtual workshops it will be running in February:
- Diabetes – Cold and Flu, What to Do! Feb. 3, 2:30 to 3:30pm;
- Heart Health, Feb. 17, 4-5pm;
- Understanding Pre-Diabetes, Feb. 22, 12-1pm.; and
- CBT for Anxiety and Depression. Six-week series runs Feb. 22, March 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29), 5:30 to 7:30pm *Call 519-833- 7576 ext. 367 to register.
Participants will need access to a computer, tablet or smart phone but a camera is not needed.
