EWFHT offering free virtual workshops
ERIN – The East Wellington Family Health Team has a number of free virtual workshops coming up next month.
- Aug. 3 from 4 to 5pm, Heart Health;
- Aug. 8 from 4 to 5pm, the Mediterranean Diet for Good Health; and
- Aug. 15 from 12 to 1pm, Understanding Pre-Diabetes.
