EWFHT offering free virtual workshops
ERIN – The East Wellington Family Health Team has a number of free virtual workshops coming up next month.
– April 20 from 12 to 1pm, Understanding Pre- Diabetes;
– April 25 from 7 to 8pm, Better Sleep;
– April 27 from 5 to 6pm, The Mediterranean Diet for Good Health; and
– April 28 from 6 to 7pm, The Highs and Lows of Diabetes.
