EWCS to operate booth at Pioneer Days on June 8
East Wellington Community Services (EWCS) is participating in Pioneer Days in Rockwood on June 8 from 1 to 4pm.
As part of the day, there will be a New to You store clothing sale and an opportunity to learn more about the many programs and services the agency provides to those within the community.
The booth will be located at the corner of Guelph and Church street for the day.
To continue helping those who need it most, EWCS is asking residents to bring a non-perishable food donation to their booth, particularly:
- peanut butter;
- hearty soups;
- cereal, granola bars;
- canned pasta, stew and vegetables;
- crackers/cookies;
- pudding and fruit cups;
- side dishes and rice.
