Tania of Makin' will be bringing some exclusive carrot inspired designs to the festival for facepainting to celebrate the carrot.

For adults there is a seed saving workshop and tours of Home Alive, the straw bale demonstration home.

There is a farm tour to chat about organic agriculture, while visiting the animals and gardens.

There will be organic food available all day and a bounty of freshly picked carrots.

Children’s admission is free, and adults is $7.

Everdale encompasses a working organic farm, a mix of animals, a heritage seed garden, forests, and meadows. It boasts demonstration models of sustainable technologies, and education programs for school kids, new farmers and the public.
