Eveleigh, Norman David - Passed away at Groves Memorial Hospital, on Thursday, December 1st, 2011, at the age of 92. “May he rest in peace”. He leaves behind sister Velma Eveleigh and children Pauline (Michael) Prashad, Vickie (Doug) Waechter, Howard (Darlene) and David (Cathy), six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Bertha and Howard, brothers Jack and Jim sister Blanche Rae, granddaughter Jennifer and great grandson Sebastion. Visitation was held at the Graham Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David street South, Fergus on Sunday, December 4th from 2:00-4:00. Visitation was also held from 11:00 – 12:00 pm prior to his funeral service which was held at St. John’s United Church, Belwood on Monday, December 5th at 12:00 pm. The family has asked that memorial donations be directed towards St. John’s United Church, Belwood, Groves Memorial Hospital or a charity of your choice. Cards are available at the funeral home.
