Erin fuel to cost $174,326

ERIN – The town has agreed to a three-year contract with Parkland Fuel for petroleum products, expected to cost $174,326 per year.

Infrastructure director Nick Colucci reported on Oct. 15 that a tender process resulted in two qualified bids just $150 apart. The contract went to the lowest bidder.

The town goes through an annual average of 34,770 litres of unleaded gasoline, 69,440L of clear diesel fuel and 67,328L of coloured diesel.
