Erin councillors assigned committee duties

ERIN - Town councillors approved their 2020 committee assignments at a Jan. 13 meeting.

Mayor Allan Alls will serve on the Mayor’s Youth Advisory Committee and he is an ex-officio (automatic) member of all town committees.

Councillor John Brennan will represent council on the Environment and Sustainability Advisory Committee, Credit Valley Conservation board of directors and the county’s Green Legacy program.

Councillor Jamie Cheyne is on the Heritage Committee and Let’s Get Hillsburgh Growing.

Councillor Mike Robins will serve on the Business Improvement Area board and the Erin Economic Development Committee.

Councillor Rob Smith is on the Parks and Recreation Committee, and will also join the mayor on the community grants committee for 2020.
