Erin clinic re-opens

The East Wellington Family Health Team (EWFHT)  medical clinic here re-opened on Feb. 3.

Erin clinic patients were being seen at the Rockwood clinic after a septic back-up closed the Erin site in mid-January.

“All went well with our team working together in Rockwood, and we were able to accommodate all patients,” Michelle Karker, executive director of EWFHT, stated in an email.

“We would like to thank our building owner, Shane Baghai, for ensuring all repairs were made very quickly and that we were able to re-open on schedule with a fully-operational clinic.”

Initial plans were to re-open the Erin clinic on Feb. 2, but inclement weather delayed the re-opening by one day.
