Enchanted Fairyland art, nature festival slated for Sept. 19
GUELPH – Guelph Enabling Garden, Pollination Guelph, Guelph Guild of Storytellers and Guelph Urban Forest Friends have partnered to host this years Enchanted Fairyland festival.
Last year’s festival marked the first of its kind and brought in over 400 visitors from Guelph and Wellington County.
This year’s event will take place Sept. 19 at the Guelph Enabling Garden at Riverside Park.
It will begin with a singalong starting at 10am, followed by a storytelling segment at 10:30 inside the children’s reading room tent.
A self-guided scavenger hunt will begin at 11:30am, followed by a costume parade at 12:30pm.
The event will also feature a native plant sale, art show and sale, costume parade, a fairy house contest, enchanted stories and a guided crafting space.
The event is free to attend and is open to all ages.
