Quarter-finalists - The girls soccer team from Emmanuel Christian High School in Fergus made it to the quarter finals on June 7 at OFSAA in Hamilton. They had placed second at CWOSSA, where they won 3-2 against Kincardine and 4-0 over Waterford. In the semi-final they defeated Walkerton 2-1 and in the final lost 3-0 to Woodland Christian High. At OFSAA they lost 2-1 to Louis Riel (goal scored by Naomi Meerstra). Then they faced Jean Vanier and tied 1-1 (goal by Nicole Vandermeulen). They went on to defeat Algonquin 2-0 (goals by Cayla Lodder and Jenna Wildeboer), and Acton 3-0 (goals by Cayla Lodder, Jenna Wildeboer and Olivia Vanleeuwen).
