Elora Rocks Lawn Bowling Club holds first tournament of the season
ELORA – The Elora Rocks Lawn Bowling Club held its first tournament of the season, sponsored by Mountjoy Financial, on June 8. The Elora club entries completed a clean sweep, taking all prizes, first through fourth. Teams came from the Guelph Club, Kitchener Heritage Club and the Milton Club. The Elora Team of Tony Morris and Sharon Beer, shown above, won the event, with the team of Ev Robson and Helen Mills capturing second place. In third place was John Cuming and Norma Seibert and fourth place went to the team of Gino Toso and Micky Henderson. Kitchener Heritage took home the consolation.
