ELORA – Elora Mill Hotel and Spa invites guests to rediscover the winter season with its new Winter Wellness experience from  Jan. 1 to March 31.

The new offerings include bespoke wellness rituals and ceremonies, a contrast circuit and daily wellness workshops.

Guests can enjoy scenic winter views all while wrapped in a robe, as the spa is dramatically suspended above the Grand River, officials state in a press release.

Elora Mill’s wellness team has curated daily wellness workshops for guests, including learning to make sourdough, guided meditation and breath-work classes, sound-healing sessions, and creative art workshops.

The culinary team tells a story of local soil and season through root vegetables, winter greens and slow-cooked proteins that nourish the body.

Whether shared as a multi-course tasting experience or a comforting, candlelit meal, “each plate feels like a love letter to Ontario’s winter harvest,” officials say.

Guests are also invited to join Communal Long Table Dinners, where conversation, connection and cuisine come together in evenings designed to feed both body and soul.

“There’s something extraordinary about this time of year in Elora,” stated Elora Mill Hotel and Spa managing partner Jocelyn Maurice.

“The snow transforms the village into something out of a dream, but it’s the warmth within these walls, the sense of care and calm, that makes winter here feel magical.”

Winter Wellness at Elora Mill is available from Jan. 1 through March 31.

Guests are encouraged to reserve spa and dining experiences in advance to ensure availability.
