The Elora Farmers’ Market opens for another season on May 12, located in Bissell Park on Mill Street East.

Centre Wellington Mayor Joanne Ross-Zuj will be ringing the opening bell at 9:45am  to launch the opening of the summer season, while piper  Robin Aggus will lead visitors on a musical walk through the market.

Along with many familiar  faces and a variety of popular  local foods, the new season will  expand to welcome new vendors.

The idyllic setting by the river makes a trip to the market an inviting opportunity to stroll the boardwalk, enjoy live music, and meet neighbours while discovering local food.

The Elora Farmers’ Market Association is a not-for-profit organization that operates the market through a volunteer board and committee.

For more information on the market, visit www.elorafarmersmarket.ca, on FaceBook at elorafarmersmkt or contact them at elorafarmersmarket@gmail.com.
