CENTRE WELLINGTON – The puppies at Elora Doggy Daycare seemed to enjoy the cold snap on Jan. 20, even if their owners did not.

Environment Canada has issued an extreme cold weather warning for Wellington County this week, with overnight temperatures expected to plunge below -20C.
