Elora and Salem hort holding plant sale May 11
ELORA – Elora and Salem Horticultural Society is holding its annual plant sale on May 11 at the Elora Centre for the Arts from 8 to 11am.
The sale is of plants taken from horticultural society members’ own gardens, so they will be larger, less expensive, and have broader selection than from a big box store, organizers state.
The funds raised will help the society keep on top of the township gardens it maintains, and other overhead costs.
It also heralds the return of spring and the fast approach of planting weather.
