Elder, Douglas Wayne

Elder,  Douglas Wayne; Suddenly and peacefully on July 12, 2009, at his home in Elora in his 68th year.  Doug leaves his best friend and loving wife of 41 years Gail.(nee Brush). Dearly missed by son Dave (Tracy) of Guelph.  Special Poppa to Tripp and Ryden.  Survived by his sister Aleda

(Bus) Brown of Owen Sound, brothers Ralph (Helen) of Owen Sound and Stan (Mary) of Courtenay B.C.  Predeceased by his parents Isaac Robert and Gertrude Mae Elder and his sisters Hilda Elder and Anona, and her husband Clair Davis. Doug will also be missed and was loved by many nieces and nephews in London, Owen Sound and B.C. A private family service has been arranged. Memorial donations may be made to Groves Memorial Hospital- CT Fund, cards are available at the Funeral Home Graham A Giddy Funeral Home 37 Church St East, Elora.
