Eden Mills Writers Festival line-up

This year’s Eden Mills Writers’ Festival (EMWF) celebrates the power of words to ignite imaginations, and perhaps even change the world.

The kick-off will take place on Sept. 10 at 8pm at Eden Mills Community Hall.

On Sept. 12 at 1pm at War Memorial Hall, renowned journalist and author Naomi Klein will present her latest book This Changes Everything: Capitalism vs. The Climate, followed by a discussion and book signing.

On Sept. 13 from noon to 6pm, over 50 of Canada’s top authors gather in Eden Mills to read from their latest books at outdoor venues along the banks of the Eramosa River.

On Sept. 14, the Bookshelf Cinema will play The Golden Spruce at 6:30pm and Young Writers’ Workshops will take place from 8:45am to 3:30pm at Camp Edgewood.

Most tickets for the festival are available at The Bookshelf, online at EMWFtix.ca and at the gate.
