Eden House receives 'exemplary standing'
Accreditation Canada recently announced the Eden House Care Facility here has been awarded Accreditation with Exemplary Standing.
Officials say this is the highest level achievable under the Accreditation Canada Standards - and one only a few organizations have achieved.
Organizations are evaluated based on their performance against many national standards of excellence and required organizational practices for quality and resident safety.
Eden House has received awards by Accreditation Canada since 1982. Officials consider the process a great assurance to residents, the community, and its staff that the facility exceeds quality standards.
