Eckersley, Viola “Vi” (Fitzpatrick); April 30, 1920 – August 28, 2013; Peacefully at the Wellington Terrace, in her 94th year, Vi passed away.   Beloved wife of the late Frederick Eckersley. Survived by her brother Thomas (Bud) Fitzpatrick, and sisters-in-law Callie Wilson and Bonnie Fitzpatrick. Vi was predeceased by her parents Alvin and Pearl Fitzpatrick of Fergus, and by her siblings; William (Bill), Marjorie (Marj) Graham Foster, Robert (Bob), Marie McKenzie, and Gerald (Gerry).  The staff of Wellington Terrace (Oak Glen) lovingly cared for Vi over the last 7 years and is recognized as “her family”. A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2013 at 10:00 am at Belsyde Cemetery in Fergus. “If by chance you wish to remember me, do it with a kind deed or a word to someone who needs you.”  Funeral Arrangements entrusted to Graham A.
