East Wellington Family Health Team offers free monthly workshops
ERIN – The East Wellington Family Health Team has another month of free virtual workshops planned to inform and enhance your health.
Feb. 26: 1 to 2pm, The Highs and Lows of Diabetes;
Feb. 27: 1 to 3pm, The Cost of Caring (at Erin clinic). Call 519-836-3921 ext. 228 to register;
Feb. 28: 1:30 to 3pm, Alzeheimer Care Partners Support Group. This group is for family and friends of people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Held at the Erin clinic via Telemedicine (TV) and at other community sites. Please call Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington at 519-742-1422 ext. 2090 to register;
March 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29: 9:30 to 10:45am, Walk Fit, at the Erin Indoor Recreation Centre;
March 25: noon to 1pm, Understanding Pre-diabetes;
March 26: 5 to 6pm, Highs and Lows of Diabetes;
March 27: 1:30 to 3pm: Alzheimer Care Partners Support Group. Call Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington at 519-742-1422 ext. 2090 to register; and
March 28: 5 to 6pm, Heart Health.
