EAST WELLINGTON - The East Wellington Family Health Team has another batch of workshops slated for May:
May 2, 6 to 7:30pm, Prenatal Clinic (four classes) at the Erin clinic. Call 519-833-9396 ext. 255 to register;
May 15, 7 to 8pm, Better Sleep;
- May 22, 1:30 to 3pm, Alzheimer Care Partners Support Group. This group is for family (and friends) of people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Held at the Erin clinic via Telemedicine (TV) and at other community sites. Please call Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington at 519-742-1422 ext. 2090 to register;
May 27, 12:30 to 1:30pm, Highs and Lows of Diabetes;
May 28, 5 to 6pm, Understanding pre-diabetes; and
May 29, 6:30 to 7:30pm, How to AVOID Frailty in Erin clinic.
