Drug, probation charges
On May 3 at about 11:50pm, Wellington County OPP officers stopped the driver of a sedan on Brock Road South near Nicholas Beaver Road.
Police say that while speaking with the female driver officers discovered she was breaching a probation order.
Kelly Ann McWhinnie, 36, of Hamilton, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, obstructing a peace officer, failing to comply with a probation order, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failing to surrender a permit for a motor vehicle and using an unauthorized plate.
She was held for bail.
