Driving, drug charges
PUSLINCH – On Oct. 15 at about 10pm, Wellington County OPP officers were conducting a RIDE program on Gore Road here.
Police say officers spoke to the male driver and saw suspected drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
Steven Vivian, 36, of Bancroft, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, driving while suspended, driving with cannabis readily available and two counts of failing to comply with a court order.
He is to appear Guelph court on Nov. 20 and the vehicle was seized for a period of 45 days.
