Driving charges
On March 30 at about 8:30pm Wellington County OPP stopped a vehicle on Johnston Street North here for allegedly displaying an expired licence plate.
Spencer Philip-Forster Milne, 23, of Elora, was charged with driving without a licence, driving without a valid insurance card and driving without a valid permit.
He is to appear in Guelph court on May 16.
