Driving charges
On Aug. 30 Wellington County OPP received a report of a minor collision on St. Andrew Street East.
Dylan Alexander Gordon Weatherhead, 18, of Elora, was charged with driving while suspended, careless driving and driving without insurance.
He is to appear in Guelph court on Nov. 1.
