Driver charged

PUSLINCH - On Sept. 2  at about 8:40pm Wellington County OPP officers were conducting a RIDE program on Gore Road near Townline Road.

Police say the officers investigated the driver of an SUV who failed to surrender documentation for the vehicle.

Michael James Ward, 26, of Scarborough, was charged with possession of stolen property under $5,000, failing to surrender a permit and failing to surrender an insurance card.

He is to appear in Guelph court on Oct. 11.
