Drive Away Hunger on Oct. 17
Farm Credit Corporation’s 2013 Drive Away Hunger campaign, now in its 10th year, will pass through the area on Oct. 17.
A tractor will travel from town to town stopping at local schools and businesses collecting donations for local food banks.
The route starts in Arthur and travels through Alma, Salem and Elora, finishing in Fergus.
There will be a kick-off at Shawridge Grain (First line, Arthur) from 8 to 8:45am.
