Drayton Entertainment announces auditions, registration for fall classes
WATERLOO – Auditions are coming up for Drayton Entertainment shows that will be on stage this winter.
The auditions, set for July 26, are for ages eight to 18 for parts in Snow White and the Seven Tenors: The Panto and Disney’s Descendants.
Snow White will be on stage from Nov. 19 to Dec. 27 and Disney’s Descendants in January 2027, both at the St. Jacobs Country Playhouse in Waterloo.
Auditions take place at 145 Northfield Dr. W, Waterloo.
Snow White gives performers an opportunity to appear on stage with professional actors, musicians and creative teams in a fully produced Drayton Entertainment mainstage production.
Snow White’s creative team is led by director/choreographer David Connolly, with performances rotating among Children’s Chorus teams.
The Musical Theatre Company production of Disney’s Descendants is an advanced youth training ensemble experience, allowing young performers to take centre stage while receiving advanced training and mentorship as they rehearse and perform a full-scale musical created specifically for emerging artists.
The Musical Theatre Company offers professional-level training and performance experience as part of the upcoming fall session.
The company will rehearse Disney’s Descendants from Sept. 27 to Jan. 22, culminating in public performances.
Performers aged eight to 15 can audition for Snow White while those aged 10 to 18 may audition for Disney’s Descendants.

“It is an honour to support local families in their quest for quality arts education and performing opportunities that foster bravery, belonging and kindness,” Connolly states in the release.
