Donna Charters Memorial Bursary recipient

MINTO – Matthew Payne is the recipient of the Harriston-Minto Agricultural Society’s Donna Charters Memorial Bursary. Linda Campbell presented the certificate to Payne at the recent Norwell Secondary School Commencement. Payne is apprenticing to be an agricultural service technician and will be attending Fanshawe College for the school portion of this program. Campbell also presented Payne with the Harriston and District Horticultural Society bursary.
