DINGWALL, Audrey Phyllis (nee Mainland); - Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at Riverside Glen on Friday, January 2, 2015, at the age of 81 years. Beloved wife and best friend of 52 years to the late James David Dingwall (2004). James and Audrey owned and operated Cook & Denison Ltd. together for over 50 years. Devoted mother of David Dingwall, Sandra Dingwall (Andre Trollope) and Scott (Chantal) Dingwall. Loving grandmother of 5 grandchildren: Vern and Amanda Swanston, Tara Dingwall, Ryan Dingwall, Adam Dingwall and Bryce Dingwall. Doting great grandmother of Ethan Barnes, Tristan Barnes, Mena Swanston and Dakota Dingwall. Survived by sister Marjorie Kidnie. Predeceased by brothers John (Jack) Mainland and Keith Mainland. Friends were received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, Tuesday (7-9 p.m.). Service was in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at 1 p.m.. Reception followed in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorial contributions to the Alzheimer Society.
