DINGMAN, Elva Jean; Peacefully at Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus on Friday October 24, 2014 in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Lorne Dingman (1994). Dear mother of Gil (Tracy) Dingman of Arthur and Heather (Bruce) Rumble of King City. Loving grandma of Robin (Chris), Stacey, Kerri, Russell, Kaleigh (Travis) and Cody (Ashleigh). Cherished great grandma of Cooper, Aiden, McKenzie, Nathan, Evan, Lily, Khalla and Sawyer. Survived by sisters Francis Detzler of Mt. Forest, Norma Deeves of Hanover, Mary (Gerald) Fowler of Kitchener and Isabel Anderson of Stoney Creek. Predeceased by brothers Jack, Bob and Donald, sisters Alice Watts, Gertrude Aitken and Glenna Connors and brothers-in-law William Detzler, Jim Deeves, Ken Anderson and Alex Aitken. The family received friends at the Crawford Funeral Home 243 George St., Arthur on Sunday October 26, 2014 from 2-5 p.m. The funeral service was held from St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church 149 Frederick St. East, Arthur on Monday October 27, 2014 at 11 a.m. Interment Greenfield Cemetery, Arthur followed.
