DICA ATKINSON, Veronica; Passed away peacefully at her home on December 6th, 2016. Wife of Rodney Atkinson and the late Paul Dica (1991). Beloved mother of Diane Cartledge (Paul 2012), Paul (Sharon) and Theresa (Stuart). Loving grandmother to Sam Cartledge (Kelly), Dan Cartledge (Isabelle), Laura Avery (Duane), Michael Dica, Michelle Dica, Daniel Dica and Jessica Jacobson, Tom Hood (Josie) and Heather Hood (Chad Shewman) and great grandmother to 9. She will be missed by sister Mary and predeceased by sisters Anne and Julie. Visitation for Veronica will be held at The Graham Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David Street South, Fergus, on Thursday December 8th from 6-9pm. The funeral Mass will be held at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Oustic on Friday December 9th at 11:00am followed by burial at Oustic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be directed towards St. Peter’s Church in Oustic.
