DENNIS, Ronald Douglas Passed away following a short illness, at Groves Memorial Community Hospital in Fergus, on July 9, 2017, in his 87th year. Loving husband of Dorothy Mary (Hayes) for 64 years. Loving father of Jim (Bette), Mark, and Diane Giesel (Jim). Beloved grandfather of Amanda Kirk (Keegan), Lyndsay Dennis, Allysha Bruggers (Bert), Kayla Penninga (Bryan) and Nicole Middleton (Brendan). Cherished great grandfather of Patience and Xander Kirk. Predeceased by his sisters Bernice Whitelaw and Joan Cleal. A Memorial Service for Ronald was conducted at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 280 St. David St. South in Fergus, on Wednesday, July 12th, 2017 at 2:00pm, with visitation from 12:00pm.
