Deer Eyes book launch

Sonia Day writes a popular weekly column called “The Real Dirt” in the Toronto Star and is the author of seven previous books, including the memoir, Middle-Aged Spread, Moving to the Country at 50.

She lives on a 48-acre property near Belwood with her spouse Barrie Murdock, who made “Dudley the dear” – in honour of Day’s new book Deer Eyes – from recycled black walnut, maple and apple wood found on their land.

Deer Eyes is a suspenseful tale involving a deer hunter and the city woman he meets.

The Fergus launch of the book will be at Roxanne’s Reflections bookstore on June 12 at 7pm.

Admission is free and refreshments will be provided. Everyone welcome.
