Networking breakfast
For all breakfasts the doors open at 7am and the event starts at around 7:30am, finishing at about 9am.
Sept. 24 - Van Gali’s Inn & Café is the spot to be when the chamber kicks off a new season of breakfasts. Speaker will be Stephanie Schuett of RBC Royal Bank.
Members $20 and future members are $23. Those attending are asked to RSVP.
Business After Hours
Sept. 17 - New members are invited to meet board representatives and staff in a casual environment. Location is the chamber office (400 Tower St. South, Fergus).
Chamber Pub Night
Sept. 9 - Hosted by Van Gali’s Inn & Café (180 St. Andrew Street E., Fergus). Drop by for appetizers and a cash bar.
Save the dates
The CWCC will be hosting municipal all-candidates meetings Sept. 25 at the Elora Legion and Oct. 1 at Fergus Legion. 7 to 9pm both nights.
Sept. 30 - “Wills and estate planning for business owners,” 7 to 9pm at the OPP boardroom. Guest speaker Dennis Zinger of Collins Barrow Chartered Accountants. Cost is $15.
Oct. 23 - Business showcase at Grand River Raceway, 3 to 6pm. Optional dinner with cocktails from 6 to 7pm followed by guest speaker, Jeremy Tracey. Contact the chamber office for more information.
