Networking Breakfasts
The Gorge Country Kitchen in Elora will help celebrate Small Business Month on Oct. 31. Invited speakers are Peter Mohr of Shoetopia, Jim Dixon of Dixon Home Hardware Building Centre, and Steven Wright of Wrighthaven Homes.
Networking Breakfasts are held on the last Wednesday of the month, except for December, July and August. Centre Wellington Chamber of Commerce breakfasts start at 7:30am and cost $18 for members and $23 for “future members.”
Business After Hours
Manager Shirley Hare of Fergus Pools will welcome members to tour the establishment on Oct. 10. Enjoy beverages and appetizers while meeting and greeting other people within the community.
These events are held usually the third Wednesday of most months from 5:30 to 7:30pm.
Pub Night
The next pub night will be on Nov. 6 at Grand River Raceway in Elora. Pub nights are usually scheduled for the first Tuesday of the month, between 5:30 and 7:30pm.
