CUNNINGHAM, Alton, March 13, 1940 – November 15, 2015. Peacefully at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound, on Sunday, November 15th, 2015. Alton Cameron Cunningham, of Owen Sound, at the age of 75 years.  Dearly loved husband of Shirley Cunningham (nee Saunders), for 50 years. Loving father of Cameron and Ruth, both of Owen Sound, Michael, of Hepworth and Steven and his fiancé, Renee, of Everett. Proud grandfather of Mackenzie, Connor and Ryan. Dear brother of Jean Campbell, of Drayton and Lois Thompson, of Aurora. Survived by his sister-in-law, Elizabeth Pollock, of Waterloo. Predeceased by his parents, Wilson and Hulda Cunningham; his sister, May Martin; his in-laws, Lloyd Campbell, Glen Martin, Robert Thompson, Kenneth Saunders, Andrew Saunders, Robert Saunders, Earl “Bud” Saunders, Dorothy Rennick and Linda Ottoson. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250 – 14th Street West, Owen Sound, Ontario N4K 3X8 (519-376-7492) on Wednesday, November 18th from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral for Alton Cunningham was held in the Funeral Home Chapel, on Thursday, November 19th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Megan Purdy officiating. Interment in Drayton Victoria Cemetery, Drayton, Ontario.
