FERGUS – Staff and board members cut the ribbon on the new CT scanner at Groves Memorial Community Hospital on March 3. The hospital foundation raised $2 million for the purchase in less than a year thanks to community support, which president and CEO Angela Stanley called “gobsmacking.”
