Crimes of the Week

At 3:30pm on Jan. 12, a theft occurred from the LCBO located on Parkside Drive in Fergus. Stolen was a 60-ounce bottle of Smirnoff vodka and a 60-ounce bottle of Walker’s Special Old whisky.

The suspect is described as a white male between 40 and 50 years of age, approximately 5’8” to 6’ tall, heavy set, short brown hair, moustache, wearing a blue winter coat with white lettering on the left breast, a white polo shirt, grey track pants and a black baseball hat with red lettering.

TOWN OF MINTO – Sometime overnight between the hours of 9pm on Jan. 17 and 9:30am on Jan. 18, a theft occurred from a rural property located on the 5th Line here.

Stolen was a 1997 Polaris snowmobile described as white in colour with a custom airbrush design on the hood and the word “Mutt” near the windshield.
