CENTRE WELLINGTON – The Township of Centre Wellington helped Crime Stoppers Guelph Wellington (CSGW) celebrate CSGW Month in Elora on Sept. 16. On hand for the flag raising, from left, were: coordinator Leesa Keleher, councillor Lisa MacDonald, Mayor Shawn Watters, program coordinator Sarah Bowers-Peter, CSGW vice chair Lowell Butts, chair Dave Elloway and Sgt.
