Crime of the Week

Sometime overnight on March 15, an act of mischief occurred at Foodland on Alma Street here.

Damage was caused to two pop machines located at the front of the store and an undisclosed amount of cash was also stolen. The total estimated cost of the damage is about $2,000.

The suspect is described as a white male with brown, dark hair tied back in a ponytail, wearing a dark-coloured winter coat with a white stripe down each sleeve. The suspect’s vehicle is described as a white sedan.
